Cancellation policy
90% of the treatment cost will be refunded ifor cancellations up to 10 days before the time of appointment in Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico (GMT-5) 10% of treatment cost (OF WHAT?) will be charged for administration fee.
50% of the amount will be refunded if you cancel 5 days before the experience start.
100% of the amount will be charged if you cancel 4 days before experience start time.
You can reschedule up to 30 days before your appointment. Reschedule is only allowed for the same treatment/experience.
