BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release for couples is a profound session. During a short interview, we’ll establish how trauma is held in your system and how it affects the quality of your daily life. Your whole body, bloodstream, and brain get flooded with high levels of oxygen, which leads to a detoxifying effect on your body and emotions, reprogramming at a deep cellular level and repairing your nervous system. The facilitator gently supports you by lovingly holding space throughout this breath session. Each session is different and includes counselling, physical exercises, and hands-on work to help you breathe more fully.
When skillfully combined in an integrated flow and safe environment, these techniques release long-held trauma, shocks, and limitations from the body, mind, and emotions.
Each session will finish with a short sharing to help you ground, integrate and process your experience.
This approach is designed to break through the many layers of body armouring, releasing mental, emotional, and physical resistance to the core while reducing one’s deeply imprinted primal conditioning.
It aims to uncover deep-seated blockages – often manifesting as chronic pain – addictive behaviours, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating disorders, or persistent health difficulties.

This work provides restructuring at a cellular level, supporting the opening of the spine and ultimately transforming you into an increasingly present, conscious, and joyous being.
