You will be safely guided on a transformative journey, supported by sacred medicine.
We welcome you in a safe, sacred container, set deep in nature, in the bosom of Mother Earth.
You’ll be guided and accompanied by live music, organic sound textures & sacred instruments, breathwork, and sacred medicine.
By merging ancient wisdom, shamanic practices & traditions with modern-day therapy, and self-inquiry, our intention is to support you and guide you back home to yourself, into your heart.
The medicine is known to bring profound healing and insight to those ready to receive it. It helps to integrate processes and transform on all levels, physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental.
Cenote Sagrado is located in a serene jungle setting on a consciously curated, private property. This Water Temple is only used for the sacred and intentional ceremonies.

A clean diet one week prior. If possible, a healthy diet, plant-based is best.
No alcohol or substances. Especially the day before and on the ceremony day itself.
Those recommendations are important for you to go deep and allow the medicine to do its work.
One day before the ceremony no food after 2 PM.
Drink many liquids, water, juices, and coconut water. Smoothies are fine. If possible, no caffeine.
The more empty and clean your body is that day, the better you can assimilate the medicine, and the deeper you can go.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Relax, avoid nosy places.
Walk and connect with nature.
Integrate your learnings and journaling.
Meditate.
